Job summary

HTC Global Services in Dubai seeks an experienced AI Solution Architect to lead design and implementation of enterprise-grade AI solutions powered by Large Language Models and agentic AI technologies. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate challenges into scalable architectures and guide engineering teams through production-ready deployments.

The role requires hands-on prototyping, tech evaluation, and close alignment with IT Security, Data Governance, and EA teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical roles such as Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Engineer with hands-on design and deployment of AI/LLM solutions.
• Experience evaluating emerging technologies and making build-vs-buy decisions in enterprise environments.
• Strong enterprise architecture and integration experience, including APIs, event-driven architectures, data pipelines, distributed systems, and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic AI architectures, RAG, vector databases, and MCP integrations.
• Experience designing secure, scalable AI solutions aligned with governance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work with IT Security, Data Governance, Legal, and EA teams on compliance and risk.
• Proficiency in Python; knowledge of TS/C#/Java is preferred.
• Strong skills in evaluation frameworks, model performance, observability, and production deployment practices.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical architectures for executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into AI-enabled architectures.
• Lead AI use-case discovery, feasibility assessments, and implementation planning.
• Own end-to-end architecture for LLM-based and agentic AI applications, including MCP integrations and RAG pipelines.
• Design secure, scalable AI architectures aligned with data, security, and governance standards.
• Develop hands-on prototypes to validate architectural decisions and mitigate risks.
• Evaluate AI models, platforms, and tools through experiments and benchmarks using real business scenarios.
• Provide guidance on technology adoption, build-vs-buy decisions, and platform selection.
• Define architectural standards and reusable patterns for AI applications to improve scalability.
• Establish best practices for prompt engineering, versioning, observability, and production monitoring.
• Collaborate with Security, Data Governance, Legal, and EA teams to address privacy and compliance.
