Job summary

People10 is seeking an experienced AI Architect to lead the AI vision, build AI-native engineering capabilities, and shape client-facing AI offerings from Dubai and Bengaluru. This role reports to the CEO and will drive transformation across global markets.

Based in Dubai with involvement in leadership, clients, and delivery teams, you will establish AI governance, enable AI-native practices, and position People10 as a leader in AI-led enterprise transformation.

Qualifications

12-18+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, consulting, data, cloud, or enterprise technology leadership.
Proven experience leading large-scale digital, cloud, data, or AI transformation initiatives.
Strong client-facing consulting and executive stakeholder management experience.

Job Overview

People10 is on a strategic journey to become an AI-native technology services organization. We are embedding AI across our engineering practices, delivery processes, internal operations, client solutions, and market positioning. We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to join our leadership team and drive this transformation. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will be responsible for defining People10's AI vision, building AI-native engineering capabilities, shaping client-facing AI offerings, and establishing People10 as a recognized leader in AI-led enterprise transformation. Based in Dubai and Bengaluru, this role will work closely with leadership, clients, partners, and delivery teams across global markets.
