Job summary

DeepLight AI is an UAE-based AI and data consultancy delivering tailored, bank-grade AI solutions. We seek a Site Reliability Engineer to own production readiness, resilience, and operational health of our AI platforms.

You will build automated test suites, chaos-resistant cloud environments, and observability frameworks to ensure fast, secure, and compliant performance under enterprise load.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
• Experience with automation test frameworks (PyTest/Selenium/Robot Framework).
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and IaC tools (Terraform).
• Strong understanding of SRE principles: observability, SLIs/SLOs, load testing.

Responsibilities

• Implement load testing and fault-injection to sustain banking-scale traffic.
• Build CI/CD integrated regression suites validating logic, data pipelines, and IaC states.
• Define and track SLIs/SLOs and set up telemetry dashboards and alerts.
• Integrate AI evaluation harnesses into deployment pipelines to benchmark model outputs.
