Job summary

Algomarketing Ltd. is building a dedicated MENA creative studio and seeks a senior AI Motion Designer to lead motion and video production for Gemini, Google AI Mode and other campaigns across KSA, Egypt, Morocco and Iraq.

You will craft short-form video, adapt global work for local markets, and develop scalable motion templates while integrating generative AI tools to speed production.

The role demands a strong portfolio, expert After Effects/Premiere Pro, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of motion design and video editing experience in an agency, studio, or in-house team.
• Expert in After Effects and Premiere Pro; Cinema 4D or 3D skills are a plus.
• Strong portfolio of short-form social and performance video.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools in motion or video production.
• Experience with Arabic typography and right-to-left layouts is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

ABOUT CLIENT

Algomarketing is partnering with our client’s Marketing team to set up a dedicated MENA creative studio. The studio produces locally relevant, performance-led creative for Gemini, Google AI Mode and other Google products, with Saudi Arabia (KSA) and Egypt as primary markets and Morocco and Iraq as secondary markets. It covers two workstreams: original lower-funnel content built from scratch, and adaptation of global and regional campaigns for local markets. Brand strategy and big-idea concepts stay with our client’s lead agency; the studio owns everything from local origination through to resizing, formatting and handoff to the media agency.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a senior AI Motion Designer to lead motion and video production for our client’s new MENA creative studio. Motion is the studio's priority format, and you will produce short-form video and social motion at volume across multiple formats in parallel.

You will mix brand footage with raw creator video, build motion systems that scale across markets, and use generative AI tools to speed up production. The work covers original lower-funnel campaigns and adaptations of global and regional work for Gemini and Google AI Mode across KSA, Egypt, Morocco, and Iraq.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Motion and video production

• Produce short-form and in-stream video (9:16 primary, plus 16:9) from 5 to 30 seconds.
• Create social motion, GIFs, and video for 4:5 feed and 9:16 Stories and Reels.
• Edit and combine brand footage, product UI capture, and raw creator content into performance-ready assets.
• Support simple photo and video shoots for original content.

Adaptation and versioning

• Adapt global and regional video for local markets, including Arabic supers and right-to-left layouts.
• Build master templates and motion systems so cutdowns and resizes can be produced quickly and consistently.
• Deliver final files to spec for trafficking to the media agency.

AI-enabled workflows

• Use generative AI tools (such as Gemini, Veo, and Imagen) for ideation, storyboarding, asset generation, and production speed.
• Test new models and techniques and share what works with the studio.
• Maintain quality and brand standards on all AI-assisted output.

REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years of motion design and video editing experience in an agency, studio, or in-house team.
• Expert in After Effects and Premiere Pro (or equivalent); Cinema 4D or 3D skills are a plus.
• Strong portfolio of short-form social and performance video.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools in motion or video production.
• Experience working with Arabic typography and right-to-left layouts is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of platform specs and best practices for YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic video.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
