Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence Coordinator to support the enhancement and automation of our ERP system. The role focuses on applying AI and ML techniques to improve system efficiency, streamline business processes, and enable data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in developing and integrating ML solutions, with a strong passion for leveraging technology to optimize enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and implementing AI/ML models to enhance ERP functionalities and automation.
• Analyze business requirements and support the development of intelligent, data‑driven solutions.
• Integrate AI‑driven tools and features into the ERP system to improve operational efficiency and insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify process gaps and propose AI/ML‑based improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all AI/ML‑related workflows.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance, supporting retraining and optimization as needed.
• Research and experiment with emerging AI/ML tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance system capabilities.
