Job summary

A leading financial institution in Abu Dhabi is looking for an AI Experience Designer (UI/UX) to create user-centric experiences for AI applications. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of UI/UX design experience, proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD, and a solid understanding of HTML/CSS principles. This is a full-time position with no remote work options.

Qualifications

Overview

ROLE PROFILE : AI Experience Designer (UI / UX) is responsible for creating intuitive visually appealing and user-centric experiences for AI-powered applications that align with user needs and business goals

Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into wireframes user flows and interface designs that optimize usability and engagement
• Design and maintain UI components and design systems for consistent user experiences across AI products
• Conduct user research usability testing and iterative design reviews to validate design decisions
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure precise implementation of design specifications
• Advocate accessibility and responsive design best practices across platforms and devices
• Incorporate stakeholder and end-user feedback to continuously refine and enhance design solutions

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in UI / UX design, preferably for data-driven or AI-based digital products
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision)
• Strong understanding of UX research methods, accessibility standards, and design systems
• Experience working in cross-functional agile teams with product managers and engineers
• Solid knowledge of HTML / CSS principles and how design integrates into frontend development
• Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI or a related field required; Masters degree preferred
