The intern will work closely with operations and warehouse teams to analyze, model, and improve material and workflow efficiency across multiple stages of the operation.

• Analyze and document current process flows within distribution and assembly areas.
• Develop and validate process models to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct time and motion studies to measure work content, evaluate labor utilization, and establish performance standards.
• Assist in warehouse layout design and optimization, focusing on material flow, space utilization, and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and track performance metrics.
• Support continuous improvement projects aligned with lean manufacturing and operational excellence principles.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in AI or Computer Science majo or a related field.
