Job summary

Superside is seeking a skilled video producer to craft AI-enhanced content across brands in a fully remote setup. With 3–6 years of experience, you will blend AI tools and traditional workflows to deliver compelling visuals and storytelling.

You will work with creatives, project managers, and customers to translate briefs into high-quality outputs, applying cinematography, pacing, and editing techniques to elevate content. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in video production, filmmaking, or post-production.
• Portfolio showcasing strong visual storytelling, cinematography, or editing craft.
• Experience using Generative AI tools for video and/or image creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar.
• Strong foundation in composition, lighting, motion, pacing, and editing.
• Solid English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining creative quality.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality video content using a combination of AI tools and traditional video workflows
• Generate and refine video concepts using AI tools including video generation, image-to-video, and compositing
• Apply principles of cinematography, storytelling, pacing, and editing to elevate AI-generated content
• Experiment with new AI workflows to enhance quality, consistency, and creative expression
• Integrate AI-assisted assets into creative projects while preserving brand integrity
• Partner with creatives, project managers, and customers to translate briefs into compelling video outputs
• Identify opportunities where AI can enhance or replace traditional video production processes
• Document and share AI workflows, experiments, and learnings to support team growth
