Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales support or a similar role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research using various sources such as legal digests, encyclopedias, practice manuals, and online databases.
• Organize and maintain legal files and documentation.
• Support the legal team in preparing case summaries, reports, and presentations.
• Field and route basic inquiries from internal clients and external parties.
• Provide basic technical advice on implementing new procedures and best practices to support compliance.
• Review and edit legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Draft legal documents of routine to intermediate complexity, including correspondence, pleadings, and motions.
• Compile and analyze data to support legal decision-making and case preparation.
• Maintain professional and timely communication with stakeholders.
• Manage litigation matters across Gulf jurisdictions and ensure compliance with local procedural rules, court deadlines, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate case management records and calendars.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on litigation matters affecting the business ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely information sharing.
• Monitor litigation budgets, fee arrangements, and billing practices of retained law firms.
• Actively learn, develop proficiency in, and integrate AI-powered tools and technologies into daily legal workflows.
