Job summary

Land Sterling in Dubai is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join the Marketing team. You will create high-quality visual content for digital campaigns, brochures, reports and branded materials, leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

You will ensure brand consistency across multiple group brands, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while delivering on-brand design solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven professional or freelance experience as a Graphic Designer, supported by a strong and diverse portfolio.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, including presentation design and editable templates.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney or equivalent platforms is essential.
• Ability to integrate AI-generated visuals with professional design techniques and manual refinements.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, visual hierarchy & brand guidelines.
• Practical knowledge of print production, artwork preparation & large-format design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise deadlines & work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Experience in real estate, property marketing or a multi-brand environment will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing or Arabic and bilingual design layouts will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop creative materials for digital campaigns, social media, websites, presentations & corporate communications.
• Create brochures, company profiles, proposals, reports, flyers, advertisements & other marketing collateral.
• Develop visually engaging PowerPoint presentations, templates, infographics & corporate documents.
• Produce branded materials, including business cards, stationery, signage, exhibition graphics & promotional merchandise.
• Maintain brand consistency across Land Sterling and its group businesses, adapting creative materials to different brand identities.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team and relevant stakeholders to understand briefs and translate requirements into effective visual solutions.
• Develop creative concepts and design variations for campaigns, events & promotional activities.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring timely delivery of all assigned materials.
• Coordinate with printing suppliers and external vendors to ensure accurate production and delivery.
• Review final artwork for accuracy, consistency & quality before submission.
