Job summary

Honeydew is seeking a senior leader to architect and scale learning and quality assurance programs within a rapidly growing healthcare startup. The role focuses on building an onboarding academy and ongoing skill development, while establishing KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance progress.

The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to align training with product and care workflows, and will drive modernization of QA with AI-enabled tools and processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in learning & development, quality assurance, or workforce performance leadership.
• Demonstrated experience building structured programs from the ground up.
• Experience designing QA frameworks with measurable KPIs.
• Experience leading managers or senior individual contributors.
• Strong data fluency and experience with performance dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale a structured onboarding academy and ongoing skill-development curriculum.
• Build and own a QA framework with clear KPIs to drive targeted coaching.
• Partner with Care Coordination leadership to surface training needs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to keep training current with workflow changes.
• Build systems and dashboards to proactively monitor quality and performance.
• Modernize the QA function using AI-assisted tools and processes.
