Job summary

iMPLEMENTAi in Dubai is hiring a hands-on AI developer who uses Claude Code and modern AI-assisted development workflows to build and ship real applications, websites, automations and scalable systems. You will work in a flexible model with remote, hybrid or office-based arrangements.

The role requires at least 1 year of hands-on experience with AI-integrated development, a track record of shipped projects, and the ability to move concepts to production.

Qualifications

• 1+ year hands-on experience with an IDE integrated with AI tools.
• Demonstrated record of shipped applications, automations or systems.
• Strong understanding of AI-assisted development workflows and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build, ship and maintain applications, websites and automation systems using AI-assisted development tools.
• Use Claude Code as a primary development engine with CLI/IDE integrations.
• Collaborate with AI coding tools to accelerate delivery and maintain production-grade codebases.
