Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking engineers to design, develop, and deploy sophisticated AI agents capable of autonomous task execution and complex problem-solving. You will craft strategies for effective prompt engineering to elicit optimal performance from LLMs across applications.

Job description

Design, develop and deploy sophisticated AI agents capable of autonomous task execution and complex problem-solving. Develop and implement strategies for effective prompt engineering to elicit optimal performance from LLMs in various applications. Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed AI agents and LLM integrations, addressing any emergent issues or performance bottlenecks. Strong hands‑on use of ChatGPT/Codex, Claude/Claude Code, Gemini, Grok or similar. Knowledge of AI agents such as OpenClaw, Hermes or comparable agent frameworks. n8n / Make / API / webhook automation knowledge. Basic understanding of Python/JavaScript, GitHub and Linux is preferred. Excellent research and problem‑solving ability. Energetic, proactive and keen to continuously learn new AI tools.

PROOF OF WORK IS MANDATORY

Every applicant must submit 2–3 AI/automation projects they personally built, including:

• Working demo, GitHub repository, live URL or screen-recorded demonstration.
• Clear explanation of what they personally built.
• AI/agent/automation tools used.
• One technical problem they faced and how they solved it.
