Are you a recent graduate with a passion for agriculture and looking to kickstart your career? We are currently seeking a Junior Agronomist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Junior Agronomist, you will assist in the development and implementation of agricultural practices to improve crop yields and sustainability.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on soil quality, plant health, and pest management
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve crop yields
- Monitor crops for signs of disease or infestation and recommend treatment plans
- Collaborate with farmers to identify their needs and provide recommendations for improving productivity
- Collect data on weather patterns, soil moisture levels, and other environmental factors that may impact crop growth
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in agricultural technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field
