Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in agronomy research.
• Strong knowledge of plant physiology, soil science, crop nutrition, and pest management.
• Excellent data analysis and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on crops, including soil analysis and testing of new techniques and technologies, and monitoring plant growth.
• Develop plans for improving crop production, considering climate, soil quality, and pest control.
• Collect and analyze data from experiments, prepare reports, and present findings to management.
