Job summary

Jobleader in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Agricultural Field Supervisor to oversee daily farm operations, ensuring crops are planted, maintained and harvested efficiently. You will manage a team of farm workers, provide guidance and training, and help maintain high safety and quality standards on site.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of supervisory experience on a farm, knowledge of irrigation systems and pest control methods. A degree in agriculture is preferred but not required.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a highly motivated and organized individual who has a passion for agriculture and a strong understanding of farming practices. As an Agricultural Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our farm in Abu Dhabi, ensuring that crops are planted, maintained, and harvested efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for managing a team of farm workers, providing guidance and training as needed. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role on a farm, as well as knowledge of irrigation systems and pest control methods. A degree in agriculture or a related field is preferred but not required. This is a contract position with the potential for growth within our company. Kenyans with experience in farming are encouraged to apply. Fluency in English is not required but would be considered an asset.
