Senior Manager Agile Program Management
Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale Agile programs spanning multiple workstreams, vendors, and geographies. Lead complex ETRM (Endur/Openlink) transformation and enhancement initiatives, including deal lifecycle, risk, P&L, settlements, and reporting. Define and manage program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and outcomes, ensuring alignment with trading strategy and business priorities. Drive delivery using Agile/SAFe/hybrid methodologies, ensuring predictable, high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced trading environment.
Provide examples where you rescued or turned around challenged projects. A track record of delivering business benefits beyond the original scope (e.g., process improvements).
