Job summary

Tradeify is seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer to design and ship multi-step AI agents and RAG pipelines for real-world trading workflows. You will build durable background workflows, dashboards, and integration surfaces across Slack, Discord, and Intercom, while crafting eval harnesses to measure model performance.

You will bridge LLMs, APIs, databases, and product features, ensuring scalable, robust AI services with cloud deployments and modern tooling in a fast-paced trading tech

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Python 3.12 and FastAPI for AI/agent service APIs.
• Strong TypeScript skills with Next.js, React, Tailwind, and shadcn/ui.
• Experience with SQL and Drizzle ORM using PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship multi-step AI agents and RAG pipelines for real-world workflows
• Build durable background workflows for processing, enrichment, and orchestration
• Develop internal dashboards, admin tools, and integration surfaces for Slack, Discord, and Intercom
• Create eval harnesses to measure and improve model performance over time
• Manage the glue layer between LLMs, APIs, databases, and product features

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python 3.12 and FastAPI for AI/agent service APIs
• Strong TypeScript skills with Next.js, React, Tailwind, and shadcn/ui
• Experience with SQL and Drizzle ORM using PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience with Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google Vertex AI APIs
• Production experience with LangGraph for agent/AI services
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Experience with vector databases such as pgvector, Pinecone, or Weaviate
• Knowledge of BullMQ and Redis for durable background orchestration
• Experience deploying on AWS using Docker and GitHub Actions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building LLM-powered side projects used by real people
• Understanding of trading or trading platforms
• Strong opinions on model selection (Claude vs. GPT vs. open-weight)
