AlFuttaim is looking for a Specialist Dermatologist for their Aesthetic Clinic in Dubai. This role involves delivering advanced cosmetic dermatology treatments in a busy outpatient environment. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a specialist dermatologist.
• Strong expertise in aesthetic and cosmetic dermatology procedures.
• Proven ability to independently perform injectables and non-invasive treatments.
• Experience managing high patient volumes in outpatient clinics.
• Strong communication and patient consultation skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to build patient loyalty.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct aesthetic consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Perform cosmetic procedures including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
• Deliver non-invasive aesthetic procedures with a focus on safety and patient outcomes.
• Assess skin conditions and recommend appropriate dermatological and cosmetic treatments.
• Provide patient counseling on procedures, expected outcomes, risks, and aftercare.
• Manage follow-up consultations and long-term aesthetic treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient records.
• Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure high-quality patient experience.
• Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous medical education.
• Stay updated with advancements in aesthetic dermatology and cosmetic technologies.
