Job summary

The Sanad Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Officer – Repair Capability Development to support the planning, qualification, and integration of new repair capabilities within our MRO operations. With a focus on documentation, data handling, and cross-functional collaboration, you will assist in capabity development, track milestones, and help ensure regulatory compliance across FAA, EASA, and GCAA standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of a vocational or technical course or diploma in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or related engineering field is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline would be an advantage.
• 2–3 years of experience in a technical or engineering support role (MRO/aerospace/manufacturing)
• Exposure to documentation, engineering coordination, or project tracking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and formatting technical work instructions, routing sheets, and capability request forms.
• Coordinate with internal departments and track project milestones for repair capability development.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (FAA, EASA, GCAA) and support audit preparation.
• Collect data, prepare basic reports, and contribute to process improvements in documentation workflows.
