Job summary

EDGE is a UAE-based technology group focused on defence and propulsion. POWERTECH designs and manufactures propulsion engines for aerospace platforms, including UAVs.

The Product Quality Engineer I role supports supplier part approvals, first article inspection, and inspection planning under senior staff guidance. It offers growth into aerospace quality engineering within a global, dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant engineering field.
• 0–3 years of aerospace quality or manufacturing experience is an advantage.
• Foundational GD&T knowledge and reading drawings beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Review supplier first article inspection reports against AS9102 and prepare findings.
• Review PPAP/APQP submissions and prepare checklists.
• Verify drawing revisions and submission records.
• Prepare incoming inspection plans and acceptance criteria.
• Assist with measurement data analysis and gauge reviews.
• Support nonconformance handling and supplier corrective actions.
• Participate in supplier reviews and develop process understanding.
