Qualifications

• Flight-hardware manufacturing experience with aerospace process control and traceability.
• Hands-on shop-floor expertise and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assess supplier manufacturing readiness through on-site audits and risk assessments.
• Improve travelers, work instructions, inspection plans and process controls.
• Validate machining capability including CNC programming, tooling and first article inspection.
• Strengthen wire harness production with crimp validation and routing controls.
• Oversee honeycomb panel rework with bonding validation and nondestructive inspection alignment.
• Lead containment, root cause analysis and corrective action for supplier quality issues.
• Develop supplier development roadmaps and performance dashboards.
