Job summary

Jobsatdubai is looking for a Supervisor – Electrical to oversee day-to-day operations in aviation maintenance. The role involves coordinating training, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety measures and standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in an aviation discipline or equivalent, with 8-10 years of experience in aerospace maintenance, including at least 1 year in a similar supervisory role. Knowledge of OEM maintenance manuals and processes is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in aerospace maintenance and aircraft operating environment.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory position in similar environment.
• Expertise in maintenance processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of assigned area ensuring compliance with standards.
• Schedule and plan activities for subordinates for optimal resource allocation.
• Monitor plans and follow up with end-users for effective operations.
