Lead the procurement and subcontracting process for major projects, including strategy development and implementation.

Manage the selection and evaluation of suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

Negotiate and finalize contracts, including terms and conditions, to mitigate risks and maximize value.

Collaborate with project managers and other departments to align procurement activities with project timelines and requirements.
