Job summary

Halliburton is seeking qualified personnel to diagnose and repair down-hole tool electronics, including directional/RSS and M/LWD sensors, on site in the United Arab Emirates. The role requires a technical school certificate or equivalent and at least one year of relevant experience, with an associate degree or higher preferred.

Work will focus on safe, efficient maintenance and repair of down-hole tools, with opportunities to advance in Sperry Drilling Svcs and related product service lines

Job Duties

Under direct supervision, performs diagnoses, repairs, preventative maintenance, calibration, and inspections on down-hole tool electronics and other equipment used in the application for down-hole tools, including Directional/ RSS and/or M/LWD sensors. Responsible for ensuring duties are performed in a safe, efficient, and effective manner. Areas of specialization may include: mechanical aptitude, electronics aptitude, computer skills, assembly and disassembly of Measure While Drilling and/or Logging While Drilling down-hole tools. Responsible for ensuring duties are performed in a safe, efficient, and effective manner. Requires a technical school certificate, or equivalent, and a minimum of one year of relevant experience in equipment repair and maintenance. An associate degree or higher is preferred.
