Job summary
Medica International Healthcare LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Advanced Instructor to join the Training Team. You will deliver high-quality healthcare training, facilitate simulation-based learning, and assess participants' clinical competencies and performance.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare field, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and current instructor certifications from recognized organizations such as AHA, HSI/ASHI, NAEMT or Highfield.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare discipline is required.
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare, clinical practice, or training experience.
- Current instructor certification from recognized organizations (AHA, HSI/ASHI, NAEMT, Highfield) or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality healthcare training and simulation-based learning.
- Assess participants' knowledge, skills, clinical decision-making and teamwork.
- Facilitate engaging learning experiences for healthcare professionals.
- Conduct skills assessments, simulations and competency evaluations.
- Participate in course scheduling, instructor allocation and prep.
- Coordinate training activities with internal teams and external clients.
- Maintain high standards of training delivery and participant experience.
