Medica International Healthcare LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Advanced Instructor to join its Training Team. You will deliver high-quality healthcare training, facilitate simulation-based learning, and assess participants' clinical performance.

The role involves conducting lectures, simulations, skill assessments, and competency evaluations while coordinating with internal and external clients to ensure top-tier training delivery and participant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant healthcare, clinical practice, or training experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medicine, Paramedicine, EMS or related healthcare field.
• Current instructor certification from recognized organizations such as AHA, HSI/ASHI, NAEMT, Highfield or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, practical skills sessions, simulations, case discussions, megacode scenarios, and competency assessments.
• Assess participants' knowledge, practical skills, clinical decision-making, teamwork, communication, and adherence to resuscitation algorithms.
• Facilitate engaging and effective learning experiences for healthcare professionals.
• Conduct skills assessments, simulations, and competency evaluations per training standards.
• Participate in course scheduling, instructor allocation, and training preparation.
• Coordinate training activities with internal teams and external clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare training, facilitating simulation-based learning, and assessing participants' clinical competencies and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom lectures, practical skills sessions, simulation-based training, case discussions, megacode scenarios, and competency assessments.
• Assess participants' knowledge, practical skills, clinical decision-making, teamwork, communication, and adherence to established resuscitation algorithms.
• Facilitate engaging and effective learning experiences for healthcare professionals.
• Conduct skills assessments, simulations, and competency evaluations in accordance with established training standards.
• Participate in course scheduling, instructor allocation, and training preparation.
• Coordinate training activities with internal teams and external clients.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of training delivery and participant experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare, clinical practice, or training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medicine, Paramedicine, Emergency Medical Services, or another relevant healthcare discipline.
• Current instructor certification from a recognized organization such as AHA, HSI/ASHI, NAEMT, Highfield, or another approved resuscitation organization.
• Strong teaching, presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct simulation-based training, skills assessments, and competency evaluations.
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to effectively assess and provide constructive feedback to participants.
• Professional, confident, and engaging approach to training delivery.
