Job summary

Al Sahraa Group seeks an experienced Mobile Crane Operator (Up to 300T) to join our lifting team in the UAE. The role requires proven crane operation skills, a valid UAE Heavy Machinery License, and ADNOC-approved certification.

You will work with riggers and cargo teams to perform loading, unloading, and hoisting tasks safely. Daily inspections, adherence to HSE procedures, and coordination with maintenance crews are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating mobile cranes and heavy-duty equipment.
• Experience operating cranes up to 300T capacity.
• Valid UAE Heavy Machinery Driving License.
• ADNOC-approved Crane Operator Competency Certificate.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Good knowledge of HSE and lifting operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile cranes for loading, unloading, lifting, and moving heavy materials and equipment.
• Conduct daily inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Ensure all lifting operations are carried out safely and within crane load limits.
• Coordinate with riggers and cargo operations teams.
• Report equipment defects and maintenance requirements; operate other heavy equipment when required.
• Follow ADNOC and company HSE procedures at all times.
