Job summary

A global property developer in Dubai is seeking an intern for a 6-month role focused on administration tasks, reporting, and supporting various departments. Responsibilities include general administrative support, managing bookings, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support and accurate database management.
  • Coordinate excursion bookings for TFG guests.
  • Register and manage Soluna Beach passes for hotel guests.
  • Capture and update client information on CRM and SharePoint.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Stay informed on tour schedules and operational stages.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist TFG clients.
  • Liaise with internal teams to support TFG client needs.
