Job summary

A well-established organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and organizational abilities. Responsibilities include managing schedules, document preparation, and maintaining office supplies. UAE Nationals are preferred, and prior administrative experience is essential.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong command of English both written and spoken.
  • UAE National preferred; completed the military national service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support including document preparation, filing and data entry.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars and assist in scheduling appointments.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports and presentations as required.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors when necessary.
  • Support internal teams with logistical and coordination tasks.
