This dynamic position requires a detail‑oriented individual with excellent organizational and multitasking skills. The Administrative Assistant 25N25 is responsible for managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and providing support to staff members. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Embracing a proactive approach, the Administrative Assistant will contribute to a positive workplace environment and help facilitate the seamless execution of daily activities.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for team members and management staff.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data spreadsheets.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks and project management activities.
  • Procure office supplies and handle inventory management for the department.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of company events and functions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notes, and follow‑up action items.
  • Facilitate communication between different departments and external parties.
  • Provide general administrative support to executives and senior management.
  • Manage and update digital and physical filing systems effectively.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of business administration coursework preferred.
