  • Support the Public Relations Manager with administrative tasks, scheduling, and meeting minutes.
  • Update colleague records in PR systems (E-PRO, E-Channel, and other government platforms).
  • Prepare reports and allocate visa, medical, Emirates ID, and related PRO charges.
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain accurate filing systems.
  • Coordinate with HR to maintain employee records.
