We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Product, Services & Technology team within the newly formed Constructions Industries division, Customer Solutions Growth Regions.

About Customer Solutions Growth Regions Division
This team, alongside dealers, engages closely with customers to create, customize and adapt solutions to meet their needs by leveraging the extensive range of offerings available across products and services, digital and technology, rental and used equipment, and financing. The division is regionally focused on Africa, the Middle East, Eurasia, Asia (excluding Japan), and LATAM and is organized into three functional areas: Customer Facing, Customer Solutions and Business Enablers.
As part of the Customer Solutions team focused on designing and delivering solutions in Product, Services and Technology, this role will:
- Support Field Teams, Dealers & Customers with deep Product and Services expertise.
- Focus Product, Services & Technology development on solving customer problems at the segment and site level.
- Drive proactive Technology Adoption and Product & Services health management leveraging data insights from the connected field population.
Role Definition
As an admin assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting high‑level executives and ensuring the smooth operation of the organization. Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, from administrative duties to strategic coordination.
What You Will Do
- C‑Suite Collaboration: Work closely with C‑Suite executives, providing indispensable support. Understand their priorities, anticipate their needs, and proactively address challenges.
- Calendar Management: Organize and maintain complex calendars, balancing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prioritize conflicting demands effectively.
- Communication: Handle internal communications on behalf of the executive, ensuring timely responses and professionalism. Manage internal announcements, publications and stakeholder communications.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare thoroughly for meetings, including researching topics, creating agendas, collating relevant materials, presentations, speeches, and supporting all employee meetings.
- External Liaison: Interact with partners, stakeholders and other staff members, including supporting the purchasing team. Represent the executive’s office professionally and build strong relationships.
- Large‑Scale Events: Support the planning and execution of significant events, such as conferences, board meetings and team gatherings across the region. Ensure seamless logistics and a positive experience for attendees.
- Travel Arrangements: Book travel and accommodation and assist with every step of the executive’s travel.

- Differentiates tradeoffs between using Word and PowerPoint for developing a presentation.
- Operates basic Microsoft desktop applications to achieve certain requirements.
- Converts Word tables to an Excel spreadsheet and vice‑versa.
- Compares the key differences between current and prior releases of Office.
