We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Product Services & Technology team within the Construction Industries division, in the Customer Solutions Growth Regions.

About the division: The Customer Solutions Growth Regions team collaborates with dealers and customers to design and deliver solutions leveraging products, services, digital and technology, rental, used, and financing offerings. The division is regionally focused on Africa, the Middle East, Eurasia, Asia (excluding Japan) and Latin America (LATAM). It is organized into three functional areas: Customer Facing, Customer Solutions, and Business Enablers. This role is part of the Customer Solutions team focused on designing and delivering solutions in product services and technology.

What You Will Do
  • C-Suite Collaboration: Provide indispensable support to C-Suite executives; understand priorities, anticipate needs, and address challenges.
  • Calendar Management: Organize and maintain complex calendars, appointments and travel arrangements; prioritize conflicting demands.
  • Communication: Manage internal communications on behalf of the executive, ensuring timely responses and professionalism.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare for meetings with research, agendas, materials, presentations, and support for employee meetings.
  • External Liaison: Interact with partners and stakeholders; support the purchasing team; represent the executives’ office professionally.
  • Large-Scale Events: Support planning and execution of major events (conferences, board meetings, team gatherings) in Dubai and across the region.
  • Travel Arrangements: Book travel and accommodation and assist with all travel steps.
