Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange official travel, including flights, visas, and accommodation.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, workshops, and seminars.
  • Manage calendars for office management/executive staff, ensuring meeting schedules, invitations, agendas, and follow‑ups are organized.
  • Oversee office administration, including filing, document management, and procurement of supplies and equipment.
  • Liaise with head office regarding travel arrangements, business trip logistics, and expense statements.
  • Assist with payment documentation, expense reports, and other accounting‑related administrative support.
  • Perform general administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
