Responsibilities
- Team Introduction: The Corporate Services COE team focuses on policy development, research, strategic planning, data analytics, and programme management. We support the business by creating unique employee and corporate service experiences, particularly for operational teams such as workplace and food & beverage/customer service teams. Our team applies industry knowledge across our global portfolio, providing specialist advice and business partnerships on various projects, programmes, and innovative ideas.
- Responsibilities:
- Policy Research, Analysis & Evaluation: Conduct research, evaluation, and analysis of policies, regulations, and legislation relevant to food programme requirements. Identify gaps and challenges, and propose solutions.
- Policy Development: Support the creation of data- and evidence-based policies, guidelines, and initiatives to address food programme challenges, foster innovation, enhance customer satisfaction, and implement forward-looking practices.
- Strategic Planning: Assist regional teams in developing strategic plans and frameworks to support policy initiatives with measurable success outcomes.
- Business Partnership and Stakeholder Engagement: Engage, consult, and collaborate with the business to co-create and propose systemic, sustainable solutions.
- Data Management, Monitoring, and Evaluation: Use data analysis and insights to measure success and programme development. Establish mechanisms to assess policy and intervention impacts.
- Consultation and Collaboration: Provide expertise, support, and guidance to stakeholders, operational teams, and business leaders, leveraging industry expertise to propose solutions.
- Project Management: Plan, execute, evaluate, and govern projects and programmes.
- Change Management: Lead change and transformation initiatives, providing guidance, support, and training.
- Qualifications
- BA degree and/or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in English as a working language.
- Strategic mindset with thought leadership abilities.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, especially in diverse and multicultural environments.
- Excellent writing skills for creating clear, concise, and persuasive documents.
- Experience in project and programme management within global, regional, or country contexts, especially in a matrix organization.
- Desire to promote growth and innovative solutions, with an open mindset for change and challenges.
- Willingness to travel internationally when necessary.
- Preferred Qualifications: Related experience in the food and catering service industry.
