Our Multi Sector Group client is looking for an exceptional candidate to streamline administrative, logistics, maintenance, and supplier functions across the Group’s diverse sectors. Ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and regulatory compliance while supporting growth across retail, manufacturing, hospitality, and other divisions.
Administration
- Lead daily operations of the Admin Department
- Develop and implement group-wide policies, SOPs, and process improvements
- Supervise documentation, asset control, and recordkeeping
- Liaise with government entities (Municipality, Civil Defense, DED) for permits and compliance
- Coordinate with mall management for lease renewals, decorations, and fit-out approvals
- Manage facilities, leases, and property insurance
Logistics & Supply Chain
- Oversee logistics operations across stores, warehouses, and production sites
- Coordinate transportation, customs clearance, and inventory movement
- Monitor logistics performance and control freight costs
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely delivery
Maintenance & Facility Management
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for all business units
- Supervise internal teams and external service providers (electrical, mechanical, HVAC)
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance
- Prepare maintenance schedules, contracts, and budgets
Supplier & Vendor Affairs
- Build and maintain vendor relationships
- Negotiate service agreements, pricing, and credit terms
- Evaluate supplier performance and ensure timely payments
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor selection and qualification
Financial & Budgetary
- Prepare and monitor administration and maintenance budgets
- Track expenditures and implement cost control
- Support internal audits and ensure transparency
- Lead administration, logistics, and maintenance teams
- Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations
Internal & External Coordination
- Internal: Heads of Departments, Line Managers
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 8–12 years in administration/operations, preferably in multi-industry groups
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws and compliance
- Proven experience in logistics, vendor management, and maintenance
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
- UAE driving license preferred
