Position Title: Admin & Government Relations Officer

About the Client:
A pioneering petrochemical manufacturer and trader of paints, coatings, resins, adhesives, and construction chemicals with factories and operations spanning the Middle East, Africa, and Europe
Job Description:
- Handle renewals, amendments, and applications for licenses, permits, contracts, certificates, subscriptions, and more across government and non-government entities.
- Oversee vehicle registration, renewals, civil defence permits, motor insurance, VIP tags, Salik accounts, and fines. Coordinate with drivers and departments to ensure all compliance and documentation are up to date.
- Receive and process emails, calls, and mails, prepare letters for government/private entities, post property ads, arrange pest control, and maintain updated records of dues, documents, and ongoing administrative tasks.
- Maintain organized filing systems for legal and administrative documents. Prepare payment requests, audited financial statements, group/health insurance renewals, and documents for attestation and submission.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Preferably Female bilingual speakers (English-Arabic languages)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in government relations, PRO and administrative coordination in UAE preferably in group or holding companies
- Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures, portals, and compliance requirements, with proven expertise in handling processes across DMCC, JAFZA, DED, MOH, SIRA, Dubai Trade, and Civil Defence.
