Key Responsibilities
  • Support departmental processes and maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, events and internal communications for the department
  • Handle data entry system updates and generate reports as required
  • Assist with tracking and following up on department‑specific tasks, deadlines and deliverables
  • Serve as a liaison between the department and other internal teams or external partners
  • Prepare presentations, forms and other administrative materials
  • Monitor and manage department‑specific tools, systems or databases
  • Provide general administrative support such as filing, correspondence and logistics
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and departmental procedures
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Prior experience in an administrative support role preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
