Job summary

A construction firm based in Abu Dhabi is seeking a detail-oriented Admin Contracts professional to manage contracts efficiently, ensuring compliance and support for project teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of experience in contract administration, especially within the construction industry, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office is essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English.

Tasks
  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts in line with company policies and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with project teams, clients, and vendors regarding contractual obligations.
  • Ensure all contract documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly stored.
  • Support negotiations and assist in resolving contract-related issues.
  • Maintain and update contract management systems and software.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on contract status.
Requirements
