This role is vital in ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative tasks and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
• Manage and organize office files, documents, and correspondence.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating appointments.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
