Job summary

Nord Anglia International School Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly organised and proactive ADEK Liaison Officer to support the school in maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and governance. You will act as the main point of contact with ADEK, oversee regulatory processes, manage ADEK digital systems and coordinate approvals for students, staff, service providers, trips and events.

Working closely with academic and administrative teams, you will assist inspections and compliance

Qualifications

• Experience in UAE school regulatory processes and compliance.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficient with ADEK digital systems and data platforms.
• Experience coordinating regulatory documentation and approvals.
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret regulatory guidance and implement it across the school.
• Maintain professionalism and discretion with sensitive information.
• Experience supporting inspections or regulatory audits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key point of contact with ADEK and oversee regulatory processes.
