The role requires MBBS or equivalent, MD/DNB in Internal Medicine, and a minimum of 3 years post-specialization experience. You will stabilize patients, coordinate admissions, and collaborate with emergency medicine and other specialists to optimize outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• MD/DNB in Internal Medicine or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferred.
• Experience in managing acute medical admissions and medical emergencies.
• Strong clinical judgment, decision-making, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Assess and manage patients presenting with acute medical conditions.
• Diagnose and treat conditions such as sepsis, respiratory infections, acute cardiac symptoms, and metabolic emergencies.
• Perform rapid clinical assessments and initiate appropriate investigations and treatment.
• Stabilize patients and coordinate admissions, referrals, or transfers when required.
• Manage complex medical cases in collaboration with emergency medicine and other specialist teams.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans according to clinical response.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care to support safe and timely patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate medical records and follow established clinical protocols.
