Job summary

Cigna Healthcare in Dubai seeks an Actuarial Analyst to support pricing, analytics and reporting across the Middle East and Africa. You will work with Data & Analytics, Underwriting and Product Development to develop insights for informed business decisions.

The role requires an actuarial background, progress toward credentials and at least two years of regional health insurance experience. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Finance or related field.
• Progress toward Associate credentials with IFoA or SOA.
• Commitment to pursuing Fellowship qualification.
• At least two years actuarial experience in the Middle East, preferably in health insurance.
• Strong communication and attention to detail; proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Data processing, reconciliations and analytics for MEA region.
• Actuarial pricing including experience studies and pricing assumptions.
• Support medical cost drivers and trend analytics for business decisions.
• Develop dashboards and reports to enhance analysis and reporting.
• Develop, test and maintain pricing and underwriting tools.
• Support monthly close, reserving and regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics, Underwriting and Finance.
