What will I be doing?

The Activity Coordinator at Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island is responsible for organizing and executing activities for guests of all ages, supporting birthday parties, and ensuring a high standard of service and safety. Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out daytime and evening programs for adults and children
  • Supporting and organizing birthday parties
  • Engaging guests in activities throughout the day
  • Representing the hotel with professionalism, service excellence, and integrity
  • Maintaining safety standards and reporting hazards or incidents
  • Managing multiple tasks efficiently in a high-paced environment
  • Ensuring cleanliness and safety of activity areas and kids club
  • Replacing team members in their absence and performing scheduled routines

  • Working varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
