If so Amazon Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) operations is looking for an experienced Operations Lead with a strong record of achieving results. We are hiring an Operations Executive (UAE) to join a team that redefines fast delivery. You will ensure Amazon policies, including attendance tracking, are implemented fairly and consistently. This includes motivating, coaching, reporting and providing feedback on associates' performance, including productivity, quality and safety, to exceed Amazon expectations.

Key responsibilities
  • Managing daily end‑to‑end operations for a combination of small sites.
  • Supervising last‑mile operations and meeting customer‑facing metrics while maintaining cost targets and upholding safety and morale of the team.
  • Driving performance management of team members, preparing and implementing training and development plans for riders.
  • Continuously improving the delivery process to achieve sustained delivery performance improvement.
  • Conducting 4M and 5S audits for the delivery station on a daily basis.
  • Acting as stand‑in for Area Manager.
Qualifications and experience
  • 1 year of customer‑facing environment in warehousing, logistics or manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of and proficiency in Excel and SQL.
  • Effective written and verbal communication of complex concepts.
  • Working directly with business teams to utilize metrics and analysis to determine improvement opportunities.
  • Managing time efficiently, meeting personal goals and working effectively with internal partners and customer teams.
  • Experience in Logistics Distribution or Fulfillment processes.
  • Project management experience, including resource planning, schedule management, status reporting and task prioritization.
  • Customer problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure.
  • Handling ambiguity, prioritizing needs and delivering measurable results in an agile environment.
  • Good people management skills.
