Job summary

Mashreq invites high-potential Emirati graduates to join the Advanced Certificate of Excellence 6 (ACE6), a graduate program designed to fast-track leaders into middle and senior management roles. The program includes a learning and development track across banking pathways, placements in multiple front office and functional domains, and international assignments.

Eligible graduates from 2024 onward with a Bachelor's or Master's and a 3.4+ GPA can apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required with GPA of 3.4 or higher.
• 0-2 years of experience preferred for graduates.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an accelerated development program across multiple banking pathways.
• Be placed in front office and functional domains with leadership sponsorship and international assignments.
