Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end billing operations, issue client invoices, AR aging analysis, and proactive payment follow-ups.
• Reconcile site attendance logs and client-approved timesheets prior to invoice generation.
• Maintain general ledger postings, bank reconciliations, and assist with monthly financial reporting.
• Resolve client billing queries, rate variations, and unauthorized deductions.
