Hit Ace Multi Fab Industries LLC seeks an experienced Accounts Manager to lead our financial department in the UAE. You will oversee daily finance operations, ensure VAT compliance, and provide strategic insights for manufacturing activities.

The role requires 5–7 years in accounting within manufacturing sectors, a Bachelor’s degree, strong ERP and Tally skills, and proven leadership in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years accounting experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial sector in the UAE.

• Proficiency in advanced Excel, Tally and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
• Develop annual budgets and perform variance analysis to optimize operational costs.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT regulations, including timely filing and documentation.
• Manage internal and external audit processes to ensure transparency and accuracy.
• Strengthen financial workflows and internal controls within the ERP system to safeguard company assets.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management: Oversee daily accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.

Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.

Budgeting & Analysis: Develop annual budgets and perform variance analysis to optimize operational costs.

Candidate Requirements

Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel, Tally and experience working with integrated ERP systems.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of UAE Labor Law and VAT regulations.

Soft Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
