Job summary

The International School of Creative Science (ISCS) in Dubai invites applications for a creative Accounting Teacher who will deliver high quality lessons, nurture student growth, and contribute to a faith-based, multicultural learning environment.

You will develop schemes of work aligned with UK National Curriculum, assess progress, and use data to differentiate instruction while supporting safeguarding and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Business or related subjects.
• UK Teaching Qualification (PGCE, QTS) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop schemes of work and lesson plans aligned to curriculum objectives.
• Facilitate learning by establishing relationships with pupils and managing resources and classroom environment.

To develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives. To facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with pupils, and by their organization of learning resources and the classroom learning environment.

Develop and foster the appropriate skills and social abilities to enable the optimum development of children, according to age, ability, aptitude and cultural difference.

Assess and record progress and prepare pupils for examinations. By linking pupils' knowledge to earlier learning and developing ways to encourage it further, and challenging and inspiring pupils to help them deepen their knowledge and understanding.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Business or related subjects


• Minimum 2 years teaching experience or teaching practice in the subject following the UK National Curriculum


• With UK Teaching Qualification (PGCE, QTS)


• Knowledge of Data Disaggregation, Analysis and Differentiation for Students


• Recent knowledge and understanding of safeguarding


• A proven track record of successful teaching and securing outstanding results through ensuring high quality teaching and learning.


• The ability to use data effectively, to monitor and enhance student progress.
